Power System
The 56-volt Lithium-Ion battery delivers a decent amount of power that will handle a good sized lawn. The batteries are fast to charge. The LM2001 comes with the battery and charger and the bare tool (no battery or charger) is the less expensive LM2000-S. The batteries are interchangeable with compatible EGO Power products.

Assembly
Assembly could not be easier. It will not take much effort or time.
Blades
A single metal blade is used to give you a 49cm cut.
Height Adjustment
There are 5 options to adjust your cutting height from 1.2″ to 3.5″ (25 to 80mm). Adjustment is quick and easy.
Cutting Diameter
The EGO LM2001 has a tough and durable 51cm poly deck with a 49cm cutting capacity.
Roller (Stripes)
This lawnmower does not have a rear roller so you will not be able to create stripes on your lawn.
Grass box capacity
Most people use the mulching facility which is fast and effective provided you mow relatively frequently. If you would rather collect the grass clippings there is an easy to attach and remove grass bag. It is a generous 60 liters in size.
Safety Features
A removable safety key is included to prevent accidental our unauthorized starting. If this removed the lawnmower is disabled.
It also has built-in overload protection as well as high battery temperature protection.
Mulching
Like the Greenworks model above, this EGO Power+ 20-Inch 56-Volt Lithium-ion Cordless Lawn Mower has a 3-in-one option which offers mulching as well as bagging or side discharge. If you want to mulch you would have to mow fairly regularly but it will make your grass healthier and more water-wise.
